The Meyer Lemon Olive Oil is my absolute favorite! The flavor is light and crisp with a very clean finish. The lemon scent wafts out of the bottle and makes me smile every time.
I use this oil on pasta, over salad greens and drizzled over caprese salad. The flavor is delicate, yet full bodied.
The flavor and quality of all the California Balsamic products is superb.
