Premium Classic Dark Balsamic

(7 customer reviews)

$10.00$25.00

Our Premium Classic balsamic is 36 calories per tablespoon and is designed for salads (with or without oil), fresh fruit, chicken, cooked or raw vegetables, mixed with oil and use for bread dipping. In Italy it’s common to use a sweet balsamic over vanilla ice cream. The cream neutralizes the acidity of the balsamic, leaving just the flavor. Bizarre, but tasty!

THE BEST (and I don’t use that phrase lightly) traditional balsamic vinegar ever. It is sweet and sour, and slightly thick, so I use it whenever balsamic vinegar or balsamic syrup (reduction) is called for. We love this on all of our salads, and also in cooking. You won’t be disappointed.

So you think you’ve had balsamic vinegar before? Not this one you haven’t. Great consistency…not too thin, not too thick. The perfect amount of bite and just a great balsamic flavor. THIS is balsamic vinegar. I have used up the sample and will be buying the large bottle.

  3. Denise Oliver

The Best of all Balsamics! Cant get enough of this vinegar. So versatile, from salads to vegetables to chicken. It is my go to vinegar for everything. Your tastebuds will thank you.

This. It’s been a life changer!! I keep a little bottle of it in my purse at all times for when I’m out and order a salad…. the flavor is unlike any other balsamic I’ve had and it is not puckering-sour like the balsamic vinegars the restaurants serve. I love how it coats the food & the flavor that enhances your food!

  5. DENISE BRITTON

I’ve only had this on salad mixed with some olive oil. I look forward to using this in some recipes as well. Extremely flavorful.

Superb! It is a delicious, no fuss, dressing to use on salads. Healthy greens, such as kale or arugula, can be slightly bitter and the sweetness of this vinegar is the perfect compliment! Significantly different from off the shelf balsamic – sweet and thicker!!

Consistently the best balsamic we have tasted. This is the only one we use. Great for salads as well as dipping. So glad I found you at Sunset Open House in Menlo Park so many years ago!
