Garlic from Gilroy, CA is roasted and then infused into an extra virgin olive oil from Italy. Add to any dish that you desire to have the flavor of the “stinking rose”. One of my favorite dishes…small cubes of raw, red potatoes mixed with Garlic Oil and spread on a cookie sheet. Chopped fresh rosemary sprinkled on top and baked at 375 for 45 min till tender. Season as desired and serve. A little Haberrano Balsamic as a finishing sauce would be very nice.
