Roasted Asparagus a la Jakes’ Mistake

  1. 1 Lb. asparagus spears (not the very thin ones) ends snapped
  2. 3 -4 Tbs. Jakes’ Mistake Balsamic
  3. ½ tsp. finely minced garlic
  4. ¾ tsp. coarse sea salt
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Line a rimmed 13 x9 inch pan with tinfoil.
  3. Spread the asparagus singly in the pan.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic oil over all the spears, then sprinkle the garlic over all.
  5. Finish by sprinkling the sea salt over all, then toss to coat all.
  6. Bake for 10 min., turning the asparagus once in the middle of cooking.
  7. Serve immediately.
