California Balsamic will be joining the Clovis Chamber of Commerce the first weekend of April for their annual Big Hat Days event in Clovis, CA. The BIG Hat Days, a Clovis Chamber Event, is the largest two-day festival in Central California. Over 140,000 visitors fill the streets of Old Town to enjoy hundreds of craft and food booths. For over eighty-five years, Big Hat Days has served as a community showcase and a tribute to their western heritage and small-town character.
