Quick & Easy Stir Fry (SOS free)

Ingredients:
- 1 Red Onion, chopped
- 1 Large Bell Pepper, diced (optional: substitute 1 small yellow, 1 small orange, 1 small red)
- 1/2 cup Carrots, julienned
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, raw
- 2 tsp. Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp. Ruby Red Onion Balsamic
- 1 tbsp. Teriyaki Balsamic
- 2 cups cooked rice of your choice (optional: 2 packages of your favorite prepared rice mix instead)
- 1 cup Corn, frozen
- 1 cup Peas, frozen
Directions:
- In 1/2 cup water saute onion, peppers, carrots, sunflower seeds, corn, peas, and minced garlic until vegetables are cooked
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir thoroughly and simmer for a few more minutes until desired consistency.
- Enjoy! Best served over rice, as a side dish, or as a topper.
