Looking for a salad that packs flavor, crunch, and a refreshing kick? This Radish Salad with Ginger Balsamic checks all the boxes.
We love this recipe because it’s bold yet simple. The daikon radish and carrots provide a crisp base, bean sprouts add lightness, and the jalapeño offers just the right heat. But what truly brings it all together? A generous drizzle of our Ginger Balsamic. Its warm, zesty notes complement the fresh veggies and herbs beautifully—no need for complicated dressings.
Ingredients:
- 1 Daikon radish (ribboned)
- 2 Carrots (ribboned or shredded)
- 1 Jalapeño (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup Cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Green onion (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 cup Bean sprouts
- Ginger Balsamic - drizzle to taste
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with Ginger Balsamic (start with a tablespoon or two and add more to taste). Toss gently and serve immediately.
