Three Bean Chili

Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 green onions, cut into small pieces
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes, 28oz (if you prefer not chunky, blend or food processor tomatoes beforehand)
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp chipotle powder (skip if you prefer not spicy)
- dash of pepper
- 1 tbsp. Gilroy Garlic Balsamic
- 1 tbsp. Ruby Red Balsamic
Directions:
- Saute onions and bell peppers in 1/2 cup water.
- combine the sauted vegetables with the remaining ingredients in a pot or crockpot, cook on low until you reach desired consistency. Enjoy!
