When I saw you on Chef AJ’s show, I was so skeptical (how good could they really be?), but thought since you had that lovely little sampler, I could hardly pass it up. Having spent a lot of time in Italy, I was a bit of a balsamic snob, but you sure put me in my place! They truly are fabulous. And I was so grateful that you allowed substitutions on such a small order as I was able to try the flavors that most appealed to me.
