    I ordered a large sampler of flavored vinegars and am so glad I did! The coconut flavor is such a great way to add a bit of flavor without all of the extra fat. This morning I made a breakfast salad of chopped greens topped with crumbled oat waffles, strawberries and mango pulsed in the food processor, cut strawberries, pineapple, blueberries, hemp seed, walnuts and a splash of this coconut vinegar. It was the perfect finishing touch!

    I LOVE this vinegar drizzled on fruit! It is especially good on bananas. Split the banana in half, drizzle with the coconut balsamic and place under the broiler for a few minutes. This is BEST way to eat bananas ever!!!

    When I got this as a sample I really didn’t know where I would use it. Then it occurred to me I love coconut curry and since I already had the curry putting them together on my rice and veggies became one of my favorite meals!
    This flavor works so well with banana nice cream! I use about four bananas and two tablespoons and you have a delicious coconut nice cream! Also try it with the pineapple balsamic!
    It’s magical 😋
    It’s now a staple in my balsamic collection 👍

    This coconut balsamic is my absolute favorite. I put it on fruit, sweet potatoes, greens and veggies. Sooo delicious

    This is our #1 fav. Pan roast bite size pieces of chicken. Just before serving, add a bit of oil, lots of coconut white balsamic, and butter. Blend and toss the chicken all through the pan. Serve over fav rice. Delish. OR marinate chicken thighs in ziplock with Coconut White Balsamic and pineapple juice. Grill the chicken and serve on a salad of bib lettuce, mango bits, mandarin orange bits, strawberries, and enjoy. OR grill, pan fry, or bake your fav rock fish or prawns. Melt a bit of butter with coconut white balsamic and a bit of red onion. Top the fish and yum. Enjoy!

    I was sent a sample of the coconut vinegar but didn’t know what to do with it. Mixed it with some fresh blueberries, amazing! This is so delicious and a great fat free way to get coconut flavors. Can’t wait to try it on bananas and mixed with the curry vinegar, another favorite. The smell of this coconut vinegar is addictive!
