For those who’ve been lucky enough to be in the Pacific Northwest during summer months, you’ve undoubtingly seen signs saying “Huckleberries for sale!”. We’re using our Premium Dark Balsamic and an all natural Huckleberry flavoring. Thick, rich and sweet, with a wonderful flavor of Huckleberry. Most popular ways of using our new Wild Huckleberry is over fresh fruit, green or fruit salads, steamed or grilled veggies. It can be drizzled over chicken or kabobs on the grill. High heat will caramelize the balsamic and give it a wonderful finish. One fun way of using the Huckleberry Balsamic is to put it over a bowl of “nice cream,” yogurt or ice cream!

Wow! Sweet onion was always my favorite, but I think I have a new contender. Absolutely delicious. I drizzled it on my salad, along with some poppyseed dressing. The taste complements the salad well. Enjoyed it!

OMG!! I’ve never tried Huckleberry before and it’s a very delightful flavor. It’s kind of fruity and flowery and very delicious! I love the suggestions from the other reviews so I’ll be testing it out.

Just got my sample size – this was amazing. There will be a large bottle of this product in my next order. My favorites have been curry and teriyaki, so clearly I lean towards savory products, but this sweeter flavor is a top contender!

This stuff is magic! I had never tried huckleberry before so really had no idea what to expect. I tried it because Chef AJ suggested it. Oh my, it is amazing! I have used it over fruit and pancakes so far. I love the idea about using it in sparkling water. I have no doubt that will be delicious. I only have the sample but will definitely be ordering a large bottle. Yum!

This is my very favorite flavor! It really tastes like huckleberries! I use it to “sweeten” tea, hot chocolate (made with just cocoa powder and water), and I use it over “nice cream”, fruit salad and I put a bit in oatmeal. I know there are even more ways to use it, and I’ll find them! I hope you always have this flavor!
