I love this dressing on my salad along with fresh or canned pears and pecans. Wonderful! It's a very light dressing without a strong vinegar taste, which I prefer.
Nice over any kind of fresh fruit. Strawberries, peaches, melon. Nice fresh taste.

I use this delightful pear balsamic alone when making salads with fruit. Everyone believes there is something else in the dressing and are happy to learn it's only this Pear Balsamic. It's especially yummy on a salad of fresh sliced plums, toasted walnuts with gorgonzola and fresh ground pepper.
