Cilantro Kidney Beans

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup peppers, chopped
- 2 cans Kidney Beans, 15oz drained
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp. Pomegranate Balsamic
Directions:
- In water, Saute all ingredients except vinegar until the veggies are cooked
- Add Balsamic, serve and enjoy! Optionally, garnish with cilantro
