A smooth blend of our dark balsamic with pomegranate flavor with a wonderful finish. Perfect for dressings or glazes. Drizzle over slices of good quality cheese, like a soft Brie. Wonderful added to ice cream or vanilla yogurt with granola. Ethel likes to use a little on cooked beets with goat cheese. I tried it and was surprised at the complex flavors all working together.

I added this to my Kale salad with green apples slices, cranberry raisins , sugar roasted walnuts, grated pecorino Romano cheese. Was wonderful .
