Cilantro Quinoa Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- I cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup Cilantro Herb Balsamic
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving. Can be prepared a day ahead of time.
