It actually retains the flavor of fresh cilantro unlike dried cilantro. Pleasantly surprised. I bet it would be great in ceviche.

We eat a lot of fresh cilantro, so this is a favorite balsamic. When I’m out of cilantro, this is a great way to get that flavor into stir-fry, salads, or even on a simple bowl of rice. Amazing how fresh the flavor is.
