The white pair has definitely become a permanent resident here! I love it for my salads mixed with the lemon balsamic! I use it whenever I feel I need a little sweetness in any recipe that I am making!
When I make my nice cream I’ll use a tablespoon of the pear and a tablespoon of the lemon! Also you can use it with the strawberry or raspberry as well! Really The combinations are limitless!

White Pear Balsamic is my new “go to” for salad dressings. You can also chop and simmer a fresh pair until it’s soft and put it in a blender to puree and add pear balsamic, a little dijon mustard, a dash of powdered mustard, fresh garlic, pepper, water and whatever else suits your fancy! It’s especially great on cabbage/cruciferous salads or vegies.
