This was really good and could probably be used alone as a fat free salad dressing.

The Italian flavors in this balsamic are herby, fresh, tangy, and a perfect companion to any salad. I can add a little EVOO or use it alone. It adds just the right taste to my salad without unhealthy oils and other additives found in commercial salad dressings. Highly recommend.
