7-Herb Italian Balsamic is my favorite balsamic for roasting vegetables. You can use this instead of oil and the vegetables are fantastic. Try roasting a head of garlic with some 7-Herb Italian on it wrapped in parchment paper. Use to make homemade hummus or put in a soup that calls for roasted garlic. You can also use this balsamic instead of salad dressing or as a boost to another homemade dressing.

I'll never buy a commercial salad dressing again! I mix the 7-Herb Italian with the Ruby Red Onion, and my salads are delish, and oil/sugar free!
All Balsamics are delicious, but I just buy the seven herb Italian. I do very little home cooking, but I can make a good salad in the seven herbItalian vinegar all by itself makes a perfect salad dressing
