I love it got a sample awhile back and started making the Apricot Chia pudding recipe from the site and it was amazing! It has just enough tang that pairs with the sweetness, closest thing to yogurt I have tasted.
While there have been one or two flavors if California Balsamic Vinegar I haven't cared for, most are excellent, including the Apricot Balsamic!
It's a nice rich flavor, I like to use it as an ice cream topping.
