Have to admit I prefer white balsamic vinegar over the dark. I use it as is on salads. Don’t need oil cause it’s not a runny consistency. I sometimes mix with some seasonings or another flavored balsamic like lemon or cucumber. They’re all delicious. Highly recommend.
