My go to olive oil!! In addition to cooking with this flavorful oil, I drizzle it over sliced fresh tomatoes with some shredded Mozzarella for a quick and easy "open" caprese salad!! A pantry staple for sure!
I love this oil! I use this and some white balsamic, add in fresh chopped tomatoes and it's the perfect, easy bruschetta.
The flavor of the oil was a strong basil taste. I think it will be a nice addition to a vinaigrette dressing. I will likely combine it with some regular olive oil as the taste of basil was almost too strong for me.
