Excellent
I use this on everything
We drove 2 hours to Ventura, exclusively to refill a 500 ml bottle of my favorite fig / chili balsamic, from a competitor. Bummer alert, Discontinued :( :( :(. . . Their other choices weren't doing it for us, SOOOO,- - instead, we hung our little disappointed heads, looked at our feet, & shifted to a different craving gear, went to the Ventura fairgrounds for the strawberry festival. Waaah. My wife spotted these folks and their display. We grabbed four, 8 oz samples of different concoctions, smiled, said Thank You and split for home WOW!!! "Sweet Heat is bomb! We ran down way too low, and this time, I saved the gas, & emailed the order for three, 12 oz bottles. "Blazin Habanero, "Sweet Heat", and Hickory smoked, and they threw in 4 smaller sample bottles of other interesting flavors (my choice). Shipping was quick, and the diligent packaging engineers in the shipping dept, (LOL), prepared it as if it were to be delivered by a gorilla on a pogo stick - - - It was entirely unharmed by said gorilla - - - . The "Blazin Habanero" is now my hands down favorite. The name can invoke fear, but fear not, as this stuff is- - - ALL- - - about the flavor, and just enough heat to remind you that they DID after all, say Habanero, - - - WITHOUT ONE SINGLE MENTION OF ANY 5 ALARM FIRES! My granny would handle it, like it, and have more tomorrow. BTW, I'll bet the "Coconut" will go good drizzled over grilled shrimp. But better than that, I'm guessin the"Dill & Mustard seed" will fix up a smoked ham & Swiss on toasted rye, something really special! Nom - Nom, can't wait to do the midnight sneak to the kitchen. BTW, anyone in the market for packing peanuts? :) :) :)
Perfect for basting baked Salmon and adding to soup.
My favorite sweet with a bite balsamic-always on hand.
