Luv just the curry vinegar on steamed veg with rice. Also I never could eat coconut milk based curries just too thick. The curry vinegar + just a drop or 2 of the coconut vinegar ± soy milk with a little oat flour you have a great creamy curry sauce too! 10 out of 10. The perfect balance of heat & sweet.
