I have tried many of the flavors of California Balsamic & they are all great but the Garden Dill Mustard Seed Balsamic is my favorite. I mix with Dijon mustard for salad dressing & it is wonderful.
I love dill pickles & this vinegar is great to use in potato salad to add extra zing. I also put it on sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. It’s amazing!
Can definitely feel the mustard and the sweetness of the balsamic.
