I have bought this fig flavor several times. It’s such a diverse flavor and I use it to make salad dressings and just as a topping on salad as is. I also like it on baked brussel sprouts.
It is a good balsamic, but I expected a stronger fig taste.
Delicious in a salad or on a sandwich. Also makes a great ice cream topping!

My go to flavor. Love this for savory appetizers. Drizzled on my sourdough toast with hummus, grapes and arugula. My neighbor said she didn’t like grapes because they were too sweet. Made her one of these and she loved it! Also good on cubed watermelon, Basil and vegan feta appetizer
