The Fig Balsamic is one of my favorites. It's really versatile and I use it on many different foods.
I have been using CA Balsamic for well over 10 years now and there are so many dishes that I make that wouldn’t be the same without these bottles. Fig, Blazin’ Habanero, the fruity, the Smokey, the spiced…even the standard dark or white balsamics are thick and perfectly balanced. Salad dressings are the very least of my uses. Chili, soups, glazes, sauces, syrups, jams, marinades, baked goods…I feel like Bubba from Forrest Gump, but seriously, the uses are endless. I will buy from them as long as they are in business. No other balsamic compares. Plus they ship quickly and there is always something I have t tried yet. 1000/10 recommend for your everyday kitchen use.
Really tasty can use for salads or garnishes drizzle.
I love this balsamic. I make a spicy rub for beef, and marinate it with the fig balsamic for a few hours before perfecting it on the BBQ!
