My apologies for saying this about a company that makes such fine products, but I was very disappointed with the Jalapeno Lime Balsamic vinegar I tried a sample of . Far too sweet, and not enough of a bite the way your Habanero vinegar has.
I like heat, but this Jalapeño Lime Balsamic was just okay. I will possibly order in the sample size again.
