What a delicate flavor! Each bite fills my mouth with summer sunshine and lavender blossoms! Great on fruit. Delicious on oatmeal with bananas and raspberries (special treat!), especially with a bit of the ginger balsamic or some fresh grated ginger mixed in. My grandmother died many years ago, but when I eat this meal (she grew raspberries and loved lavender), I feel as if the two of us are sitting at the table together as we did so often when I was growing up. Love you, Dovey! And Love this vinegar!!

Was curious about this flavour and requested it as a sample bottle. I have never eaten lavender before but this was a milder sweeter taste than the smell. It was very nice and tasted a little like Lemon-lime to me.

I love lavender! So when I saw it in a balsamic I couldn't wait to try it! It is now a part of my rotation!
I use it on my banana nice cream a couple tablespoons with frozen bananas is delicious! Sometimes I mix it up and I use lavender, with the simply lemon, or with the blueberry! I've also used it on my salad along with the lemon!
