I expected more of a peach flavor. Acidity is also higher than anticipated. Overall still good.
Really enjoy the peach balsamic on my salads or with meats or fish.

One of my many favorites! Sometimes I run out of everything for a salad except the greens and this just adds a wonderful flavor to the greens that you don't really miss everything else that would be in a salad!
