I use this balsamic on my salad with fresh fruit, yellow beets and a cooked/flaked sweet potato. It goes well with everything. It’s a must have in my cupboard.
Every one of the balsamic vinegars from California Balsamic is amazing!!! It is hard for me to decided, I want to buy them all!!! They are so nice to send free samples if you make a large purchase. I love this one on a cold noodle salad with beans and veggies. Sooooo good!!!
