Right now Ruby Red balsamic is possibly my #2 favorite. They are all so good, my favorite may change from time to time. Right now Classic Dark Balsamic is my # 1 favorite due to its versatility. . . Possibly Tres Classique Dark. For sure in the top 3

Ruby Red Onion is my favorite balsamic. The onion flavor and the sweetness makes it good on everything from salads, baked potatoes, stir fries and more. The best part is licking the spoon after drizzling the vinegar over a salad.
