Saigon Cinnamon

"I have always maintained that the TC Saigon cinnamon you see is the Best cinnamon EVER. Several months ago, a friend knowing how much I love cinnamon sent me a package of organic Ceylon cinnamon. She said it was the best she ever tasted. When I opened the package the cinnamon did not have the strong aroma of TC plus the cinnamon itself was paler in color. The flavor was a mild cinnamon taste. Not bad, just very mild. Since I've only bought TC since discovering it years ago at some event ( even still have several of the small blue glass jars from previous purchases), I've never actually done a 'taste test'. Wow. All the difference in the world. I have given friends little jars if TC cinnamon & they love it. I tell them 'if you like cinnamon, and want to really taste it when using, you must try TC cinnamon. I was skeptical about this, after all it's just cinnamon. Was I ever wrong, I never thought cinnamon could taste any better but it surely does! I don't think I'll ever buy that big bottle at the box store ever again. This has a sweet taste, it's so delicious!

So delicious! Sweet, rich, delicate. I now use this to make mini (truly mini 1/8th cup?) milk shakes (coconut milk/cream, to kill my desire for a 🐄 shake moooo)! Ok, so I couldn’t resist that cute bottle. The biggee bag will be in my cart next order (my second) to refill my jar. I add a tiny bit of pure monk to my shake. Just coconut milk/cream, this cinnamon and pure monk fruit! It works!! Get it baby! You will not be disappointed if you love cinnamon. I will have this throughout my day!!!❤️❤️❤️🎉🎉🎉💯
