Tres Classique Classic Balsamic is my favorite balsamic vinegar. The 18 year old balsamic is rich in flavor and color. Reminds me of a fine aged wine. I use it on steamed vegetables and in salads. I often combine it with the 7 Herb Italian as a salad dressing adding a touch of sweetness to my salad. Roasted brussel sprouts tossed in this vinegar need no other seasoning.
This is by far the best unflavored Balsamic Vinegar we ever had...and we are picky Balsamic Vinegar connoisseurs! Years ago, my daughter brought home a bottle from a festival... and we've been hooked ever since! We love many of the flavored Balsamics here as well.
