Very Cherry Balsamic has just the right balance of sweet and tart and works for everything from salads to marinades. It's a splendid match with spicy flavors like Jalapenos. My partner's favorite, she says the Cherry brightens anything (try it on grilled asparagus) and plays well with others, especially Gilroy Garlic Balsamic (my favorite flavor).
This is yummy. I used it in a salad of greens, feta, chopped pecans and dried cranberries. Perfect dressing.
