Garlic from Gilroy, California is roasted and then infused into a California grown extra virgin olive oil. Add to any dish that you desire to have the flavor of the “stinking rose”. One of my favorite dishes is small cubes of raw, red potatoes mixed with Garlic Oil and spread on a cookie sheet. Chopped fresh rosemary sprinkled on top and baked at 375 for 45 min till tender. Season as desired and serve. A little Sweet Heat Balsamic as a finishing sauce would be very nice. Speaking of hot balsamic, mix equal parts of Garlic Oil and our Blazing Habanero Balsamic together for a dipping oil with a nice kick. You’ll dazzle your friends with newfound culinary skills!
