White Truffle Oil

A premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with white truffles from Alba, Italy. Common uses include: mashed potatoes, mixed into pasta, sprinkled over veggies, blended into cream soups and sauces. This is a premium infused oil meant for using in small amounts to finish dishes, never use as saute oil, always use truffle oil as a finisher.
