- 2lb bag dried Great Northern beans
- 1/2 cup Celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Ruby Red Onion Balsamic
- 2 tsp. Cumin
- dash of pepper
- In instant pot combine 9-10 cups water with all ingredients, stir and pressure cook for 45 minutes on soup setting.
- Allow instant pot to natural Release, then serve and enjoy!
