Habanero Olive Oil

You’re getting exactly what you think you are, a toasty hot oil that is NOT for the timid. We add pepper flakes to give it a little color and an extra pop (not that it needs it!).  Best in small quantities over veggies, fish, chicken. If you’re adding it to a stir-fry, put some in the pan just as you turn the fire off.  It’s an olive oil, so the smoking point is low and you don’t want to burn the oil. Ethel tells her customers to cook their popcorn the old fashioned way, in a frying pan with the habanero oil.  Add a little salt and grated Parmesan cheese for a unique snack.
