We’ll be starting our new 2017 season soon and most of the festivals will be in the Phoenix area.  Check our festival page to see dates and cities.  When you see us, ask to sample our new flavor:  Savory Teriyaki Balsamic, a blend of fresh organic garlic from Christopher Ranch in Gilroy, fresh Serrano peppers and a hint of fresh ginger.  It will be sodium free, fat free, gluten free and vegan friendly.  No soy sauce is how we keep it sodium free.  Another flavor we introduced in late November was our Sweet Apple Pie Balsamic.  Apple balsamic with our Saigon Cinnamon and a little pure maple syrup.  A delicious balsamic for warm bread pudding, over vanilla ice cream, add to pancakes or french toast batter, sprinkle over pork chops, ham or pork tenderloin.  Make a glaze…..tbl butter, tbl water and 2 tbl Apple Pie Balsamic in a fry pan.  Simmer for 3-4 minutes, it will turn into a glaze and pour over meat, fish, chicken or veggies.
