- Arugula, 7oz bag
- 1 Large Apple, tart or sweet
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, rinsed
- Simply Lemon Balsamic
- Wash and Grate or chop the apple, place into a small bowl. drizzle balsamic over and stir to coat, this will prevent the apple browning.
- In a large bowl layer arugula, apple, onion, and blueberries.
- Stir to combine, serve and dress with Simply Lemon Balsamic. Enjoy!
