- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 can Pinto Beans, 15.5 oz drained (substitute prepared beans)
- 1 Can Black Beans, 15.5 oz drained (substitute prepared beans)
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 tbsp. Cilantro
- 1 tbsp. Cilantro Herb Balsamic
- In 1/2 cup water, saute vegetables.
- Add remaining ingredients and continue to heat until liquid is absorbed.
- Enjoy! Great as a side dish, or enjoyed as a main dish.
