Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
- 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp. Pecans, chopped
- 1 Date, soft and chopped
- 1/2 cup Pear, chopped
- 1 tbsp. Vanilla
- 1 tsp Pear Balsamic
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a jelly jar, stir well and refrigerate overnight
- Enjoy! Great as a quick breakfast.
