Pear Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 tbsp. Pecans, chopped
  • 1 Date, soft and chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pear, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Pear Balsamic


  1. Combine all ingredients in a jelly jar, stir well and refrigerate overnight
  2. Enjoy! Great as a quick breakfast.
