A unique, fun sampler set for trying out what we make featuring five of Chef AJ’s favorite flavors used in her daily cooking in our convenient squeezable BPA-free PET plastic 3oz travel bottle size with the drizzle caps for ease of use! NOTE: This set is customizable. If you’d like to customize the contents, please tell us the flavors you’d like substituted in the “order notes” box which is located at the bottom of the Checkout page BEFORE going to PayPal or entering your card information. Your order note should be visible on the email you receive after placing your order. If the order notes section is blank in your email, then it’s also blank for us and you need to reply back to that email with the message you had meant to leave so we can add it manually and make sure you get what you wanted. The most common causes of the order note getting “lost” are leaving the checkout page, changing tabs on mobile, refreshing the page, or auto-filling after having typed and your auto-fill deleting the box contents. The safest way to make sure your note stays is to enter it last during checkout, and then immediately proceed to payment.

    I LOVE this set! I discovered California Balsamic vinegars through Chef AJ and Nutmeg Notebook and took the plunge with this set. I loved all of these and now reorder and experiment with new no-oil flavors. They are just delicious for anyone but for those of us trying to reduce or eliminate processed fats they are especially miraculous. I drizzle these on soups, stir fries, salads, veggies and grain bowls and don’t even want to add oil. It would just dilute the spectacular flavor.

    Wow!! The sampler set is absolutely the best! We started growing our own lettuce this summer (which was surprisingly easy) and every day I would pick a salad topped with this amazing balsamic – no oil needed. What a treat! We really like the pomegranate. Honestly they are all delicious. This has been a great find. I will be sending these as gifts for the holidays to friends and family.

    OMG…absolutely Delicious! My favorite is the lemon & chocolate raspberry! However, they are all delicious. I even used those 2 above on my fruit bowl! 1/2 CR & the other 1/2 lemon. Topped it with shredded coconut! Yes, my goodness, Yes!!

    Upon receipt of my order (two days ago) I Immediately opened every bottle to sample. I loved every flavor. Because my diet predominately consists of whole plant based foods, where I try to avoid separated oils, sugar, and meats, these balsamic vinegars will assist in more frequent avoidance. I add balsamic vinegars to my smoothies with greens to create nitrogen oxide for heart health. The variety of these flavors will make the taste of my smoothies a yummy adventure. I was surprised at how really flavorful the oils are and true to the stated flavor. THEY ARE MUCH THICKER (not runny goo as is store bought) and unlike expensive balsamic I’ve grocery store-bought balsamic, ARE delicious. Buy w/o hesitation and enjoy! 🎉🎉🎉❤️

    California Balsamic is simply AMAZING! This was my first time placing an order, but it most certainly will NOT be my last. I ordered the “Chef AJ’s Favorites Sampler Set”. I customized it to receive the following: Sweet Heat, Teriyaki Balsamic, Ruby Red Onion Balsamic, Gilroy Garlic, and Premium Classic Balsamic. I also got the 7-Herb Italian Balsamic and the Garden Dill Mustard Seed Balsamic as my two free samples. I must say…I love ALL seven of those flavors. This company truly produces top quality Balsamic products. I cannot see myself ever purchasing the watered down junk they sell in the supermarket. It simply does not compare.

    I received my order today and couldn’t want to sample these. I didn’t make any changes to the set and added the fig and raspberry flavors for my freebies. OMG, these are truly superior in taste and quality!! I was hesitant to purchase since I’m not a fan of balsamic vinegar (until now). Chef AJ is right you don’t need oil to have a great tasting salad dressing. So glad to have these for my up coming trip. Will be sharing your website with all my friends.
