This is an amazing vinegar! I can’t imagine my life without it now! Just the right balance of sweet and zing! I love it on my salads every day!

I knew I’d like this one but cannot believe how much I do!!! It’s so good on chicken, and added to soups and stews!! Another great balsamic!!!

  3. Kathy Coon

So delicious on salads or brown rice.

  4. Lisa Fergus

This is so delicious over salad and on cucumber slices with a little dill.

  5. Janice

I wasn’t sure I’d try this variety … because I put so many alliums on my greens anyway…. but what a sweet surprise! This one is a great blend… perfect amount of bright zing … just real ingredients … no fake flavors … this one is done perfectly.

The product is excellent. You can put dill pickles, spiral zucchini or spiral squash in a covered bowl and then use the red ruby onion to keep them marinated while they are in the refrigerator.

I add red onions to just about every salad. So, I thought I’d give this vinegar a try. I’m loving it on everything. Just about the right amount of savory and sweetness.

I like to mix equal parts of this flavor with the dill flavor and salt free mustard, to make a cold potato salad dressing!

  9. Sharyn Councell (verified owner)

I’m not even a big onion fan. But I love this balsamic! I use it along with the seven herb Italian in my salads or in my tofu base coleslaw or my untuna chickpea salad along with the garden mustard dill balsamic 😁!
    Love love love it!!

  10. Robbie Bloom

This is just pure deliciousness. Perfect balance of flavors. Oh so good on a salad with brown rice in it to soak up the awesome flavor. I made some whole wheat toast with plant based cream cheese and drizzled this on top. What a treat!

Love Ruby Red Onion Balsamic! It is delicious on most anything, but I especially like it on brown rice.

This one is amazing – I’m buying a big bottle now.

This is my favorite! Sweet and tangy. I love it on brussel sprouts and spinach! Or I make an oil-free salad dressing out of it. So yummy!

I love purple onions so much (I don’t think they’re red so that’s why I call them purple). I make my own marinated ones so I had a feeling I would love this and I was right! Amazing. I have put on steamed kale and made a recipe with butternut squash noodles with my own chipotle sauce (Vegan) and purple onions. This was drizzled on top. So good!

Thomas talked me into trying the ruby red so I got a small bottle. When I tasted it I immediately ordered a large bottle. I never want to be without this flavor. It is so light yet flavorful. Try it you’ll never want to be without it. It truly deserves a rating higher than 5.

I bought a variety of about 18 little bottles because I couldn’t decide which to try. To my chagrin, they are all delicious and now I am unsure of what I want to get big bottles of- but this is definitely my favorite of all! I put it on everything-salad, potatoes, roasted veggies, sandwiches. I am addicted. Just try it.

This one is for allium lovers like me, but surprise! My husband loves it too. It’s a little sweet, and mixes with the tang of the vinegar perfectly. I like to mix it with a little garlic olive oil to put on both raw and cooked vegetables alike. And of course salads.
