Ingredients:
- 2-4 cups cubed watermelon
- English or Artisan cucumber, chopped
- mint
- basil
- Crisp Cucumber Balsamic to taste (I use 4-6 tablespoons)
- feta crumbles, (optional)
- pistachios, chopped (optional)
Directions:
- combine and serve.
