Susan’s Watermelon Cucumber Salad

  • 2-4 cups cubed watermelon
  • English or Artisan cucumber, chopped
  • mint
  • basil
  • Crisp Cucumber Balsamic to taste (I use 4-6 tablespoons)
  • feta crumbles, (optional)
  • pistachios, chopped (optional)


  • combine and serve.
  • Enjoy! Fridge leftovers
