- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bellow pepper, chopped (I used a yellow bell pepper)
- 2 cans black beans, 15oz each (drain 1 can)
- 1/2 cup kale, chopped
- 2 tsp. Sun Dried Tomato Powder from Nick at localspicery.com
- 2 tsp. Five Pepper Blend seasoning from Nick at localspicery.com
- 1 tbsp. Ruby Red Onion Balsamic
- 1 tbsp. Fig Balsamic
- in 3/4 cup water sauté all ingredients until kale is wilted and consistency is what you like, adding water if needed.
- Serve and enjoy!
